I’m not a big fan of Halloween, but Halloween it is, and when in Rome,…etc, etc. Besides, it’s our first opportunity to dress Selah up, and we couldn’t pass that up!
Kami and I attended a Halloween party this weekend. I went as Michael Scofield of “Prison Break,” Kami went as Dr. Sara Tancreti (his morphine-happy “girlfriend”), and Selah was a pumpkin (well…a loose interpretation of a pumpkin). Our friends really went all out: Alex was Richard Simmons (a picture that still won’t loose itself from my memory, despite my screams), Alayne was Cher (Sonny-era), Erin came as her husband Bryan (in full construction regalia), and Bryan came as Erin (who works as a Clinique consultant, which meant that Bryan really had to commit. His costume included a wig, mascara, lipstick, foundation - the works). A good time was had by all. Any time you can get grown men to wear short shorts and makeup it’s bound to be a memorable event!

Kami appears to be holding her badge! Could she be ready to go back to work and leave little Selah?!?! No way! Staying home has to be more fun than Boeing!
