Jess is gone, Kami isn’t
Apr 27th, 2007 by Jesse Moore
Right now Jess is at this orphanage in Mexico, Rancho De Sus Ninos. He and some of his friends went on a construction mission trip coordinated by Mill Creek Foursquare. While they are in Mexico they will be working on a Hospice facility within the orphanage compound.
Jess took our camera along so I am sure you will be getting a full report, pictures and all. Please keep him and the rest of the construction team in your prayers. They return late on Monday night.
Blessings ~ Kami

I will keep you all in my prayers.
Oh Jess! I was so blessed to hear of your building missions trip!!! (Thanks Kami for the update!)
We just returned from a missions trip where we ministered to the people/families who live in the Mexico City dumpsites. (So many physical and spiritual needs.)
I KNOW that not only are you blessing others in Mexico as you work there…but that you are also being BLESSED beyond belief in the process.
God is sooo good!!
May all of the good seeds you are planting there in Mexico…spread like Holy Wild Fire!
Dios te bendiga!
(and a safe return to your dear family!)

Missions - short or long term - have a sneaky way of blessing you as much or more as you bless the people you’re helping out. This was true of both the short term missions trips I took to Romania through my church and the long term mission that my family ran in Mexico City in the late seventies. Good on you, Jess and God Bless you and your team, the work of your hand, the words of your mouth and the seeds that you are helping to plant in the hearts and minds of everyone you meet!
