…all the time.

The tv is off, and I’m sitting at the dining room table with a glass of wine. Kami just left, and by left, I mean the radio on - and tuned to the country station, which only seems to speed the consumption of wine.
I’m riding the high of a successful listing presentation. I realize now that my favorite moment of any transaction is after the prospective clients have heard my presentation, asked me all the questions, I’ve countered all of their objections, and they choose to list their home with me. I’m not sure at this moment if it’s the validation or just the buzz of doing something well enough to get a successful conclusion, so - afraid of the answer, I’ll discontinue my probe.
It was definately a busy day - but a good day. Quick workout, lunch with a friend, showed a beautiful (and expensive) listing to a new client, got a new listing, and came home to an expectant (no - not expecting!) wife and a sleeping child. Heck - I’ve even managed to post twice this week - so what’s there NOT to be happy about?
God is good. Writing this on a good day seems cliche, but I don’t like to write about bad days, so you’ll just have to believe that I know this on those days as well. God is good.
