Insomnia in my ear

It’s 3:18am - Selah awoke screaming at 12:55am and I haven’t been able to sleep since. I thought about going to the gym, but I have a business meeting at 5:30pm, and I’m not sure how my body is going to respond to a pre-dawn workout throughout the remainder of the day. Of course, having been up since 1am and having not worked out probably won’t be any help either…I updated SPINNING with a review of “The Flame in All of Us” by Thousand Foot Krutch. I have more than enough songs strung together to compile a new release of “Blog Sessions,” so I’m also starting to put that together this morning 
I had no idea you were up that long! I’m sorry Jess. Thanks for letting me sleep though!
