Okay, just to show you how very strange I am, if I would look at the words in the description underneath, when I looked right she would go clockwise, when I would look left then she would go counter-clockwise. Weird, hmm?

I showed this to my kids, three of their friends and my husband all at same time. The reaction was a lot of freaked out hollering from the group of young people, lol. My husband and daughter saw it immediately flipping back and forth. The rest of us were split. I finally saw it go back and forth. They almost argued over what they were seeing. Very interesting (and highly entertaining!)

At first I saw it going counter clockwise. When I looked at the shadow (like Aaron) I saw it switch to clockwise. Then I saw it go back and forth and not all the way around. I think I just experienced a trip typically found by an "experimenting" college student.

Yep. I showed this to Kamela and she can only see it rotating counter-clockwise. So my wife is left brained and I'm right brained. My guess is that men are typically more left brained and women more right brained... proving that we're just not normal.

Ok - I finally saw it going counter clockwise. I did the same thing that Aaron mentioned above and it switched. So weird!

Ok. At first I thought you were smoking crack. The silhouette is obviously moving clockwise and I couldn't see how anyone could mistake that. But then I focused on the shadow below and my mind instantly saw the silhouette going the opposite direction - even when I brought my eyes back up to the image. Now I can switch the rotation by refocusing on the shadow but not on the image. I guess this places us relatively in the same boat, Jess. Cheers and thanks for an interesting topic.
