This is the first time in two weeks that I’ve had a chance to sit down and say “Hey!” As Kami mentioned, I was in Montana for a week, and as soon as I got back I was slammed with work, all culminating with two new listings on the market (here and here). For those of you that used to be a part of the TREB harem, the condo is Jane and Lindsey’s.

Montana wasn’t that different from Washington, as it rained for most of our visit and kept us from gathering or branding any calves during our stay. The rain did allow me to read a book in a 24-hour period, which is always kind of a goal for me when I’m in the house of my youth. Not sure why. Half-decent book though.

Putting two listings on the market on the same day has left me with a work hang-over. Does that make sense? There are some real estate agents that would roll their eyes at that, but with all of the additional services we offer and manage, it’s not just a matter of sticking a sign in the ground and posting some information online. I spent a lot of nights up after midnight and 1am just getting all of the marketing pieces in place so that there wasn’t any lag. Now that they’re both on the market and the marketing machine is in motion, I finally have a second to put my laptop down and see what’s going on around.

Give me a day to get my bearings, and I’ll try to post something substantive soon.
