The Farm

Last Saturday it was beautiful, and it was opening day for most of the local pumpkin patches.  We met the Harmon’s at The Farm in Snohomish and let the kids run around, see the animals, take a hayride, and pick out a couple pumpkins.  It was a good time and I hope to take Selah again soon.

Selah remembers the pigs and sheep the most.

Big Girl!

September marked the start of potty training!  Selah suddenly seems so big to me.  Time is flying!

Happy 2nd Birthday

Selah turned two on the 30th of August!!  We took a very quick trip to the Bitterroot Valley (Montana) where Selah enjoyed playing with some extended family, especially her cousins.

Happy Birthday Selah Ann!

Summer Days

Last weekend (when it was hot and bright out) Trevor, Liz, Selah, and I enjoyed a ferry ride over to Kingston where Selah ate her first snow cone and watched the boats.

Also last weekend we had some friends, Chris & Melinda Hutton, come to visit. We gathered some old friends for a BBQ and let the kids run.  We all met in a young marrieds Bible study group - and now we all have kids and rarely see each other.  A couple of families were missing, but as you can see, the group has grown.

For those that may be wondering, the order goes (L to R) Winston’s (2), Orkney’s, Moore’s, Harmon’s, and Hutton’s (2).

Dessert Tester

Selah was “helpin’ cookin’” yesterday. While I made dessert, she licked all the spoons.  It was a messy job, but someone had to do it.  Say “Cheese”….
